O'Malley & Associates, founded by James A. O’Malley in 1987, is a boutique law firm that handles all areas of U.S. visa and immigration law, with a special emphasis on executive and corporate visa processing for multi-national corporations as well as family based visa categories.

The firm has represented both U.S. and foreign corporations and individual clients—such as banks, public relations, entertainment, insurance and  information technology companies, foreign governments,  nurses, doctors, scientists, academics, artists, entertainers, construction professionals, and designers—from more than seventy countries.

We provide a comprehensive visa processing service, which includes long term planning and strategizing, tailored to our individual clients' complex and demanding careers.

All major areas of visa matters are handled on a day-to-day basis, including international executive and managerial visa processing, professional and specialty occupation visas, investor and entrepreneurial visa applications, outstanding researcher, extraordinary ability and entertainment/performer visas.  In addition, the firm routinely handles applications for U.S. citizenship and permanent residence and advises on related issues of dual citizenship and international tax treaty liability.

O’Malley & Associates also assists U.S. personnel with visa processing, employment permission and residence applications in the various European Union (EU) countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, and Germany.
